My experience was absolutely amazing from the front desk receptionist to the therapist. I can hit remember the two ladies at the front desk names . When I tell you the customer service is phenomenal. They are the reason I will definitely come back not only when I'm hurt but just come to visit . BOX HiLL #1 in my books

My experience at Multi- Specialty Healthcare has been a great one! The staff is friendly, polite and professional. Doctor Samson took the time to listen to my concerns and did not make me feel rushed. Neither did he make me feel like I was just another patient. It’s always a pleasure to have friendly people to assist you soon as you walk through the door, and Kim was very professional and patient with me, she’s definitely an asset to have. Kim went above and beyond. I would say she deserves a raise! 😃
