The most professional and courteous person is the office manager. The least are the women in the back who provide therapy. They barely speak and don't pay any attention to you as you're doing the exercises. They leave the room or they are checking their phones. The biggest issue for me is the chiropractor who walks around with no mask on (during a pandemic).
