RecommendedStaff at the I-40 and Western location is friendly except for the extremely rude and unprofessional MA that was talking crap about me to the nurse. It was loud enough for me to hear some of it. The nurse was nice but overworked. Most times I’m out pretty quick, however this last visit took at least a couple hours. Not a big deal, I was just in a hurry that day. I’m sure they are short staffed. I was happy with my experience but it would have been better if I could have punched that girl in her dumb face.
