RecommendedWow I could not have had a better experience! I came in on a Sunday in so much pain from my psoriasis and with the corona virus going around I was hesitant about going out but I had to! When I got there I was greeted and they took the best precautions making sure I didn’t have or was exposed to the Coronavirus! RecommendedI was referred to Exception Emergency by a dear friend, Dylan Hunter, after he found out how I was treated at Northwest Emergency. I had a problem with my knee and leg swelling and didn't know how serious it was. The receptionist was so friendly and got me checked in and took me back super fast. The nurse was in within seconds of me getting to the back. Dr. Shokr was in within minutes of that. He did everything possible to find out what was going on with my knee and leg. RecommendedI was taken to Exceptional Emergency Care Thursday night after an anaphylaxis crisis. They took excellent care of me and I was treated and able to leave in less than an hour! Thanks to the great team who looked after me!
RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience at Exceptional ER. My daughter was really sick and ended up being admitted to BSA. From the time we entered the front door to the time we left we had truly exceptional care. Dr. Shokr and his staff made sure by daughter was well taken care of and that all of our questions were answered. I’m so thankful we chose to take her here!
