They took me in right away. Everyone was so friendly. Francine was an absolute joy. Very personable and knowledgeable. The doctor was thorough and made great recommendations. I have gone to this facility a few times and I have had nothing but great experiences.

I’ve come to Exceptional ER several times over the past few years and I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of care I receive. Everyone (crime the receptionist to the doctor) is extremely friendly and really care about the patients.

Dr.Sheppard Cathy RN & Misty Rad Tech were so caring and attentive. It was a painful and scary situation but they eased my mind got me in quickly and addressed my concerns.
