Came in with a fever of 102 body aches no appetite lower back pain. You checked me for strep, Covid, flu. All come back negative and then say it’s upper respiratory infection and send me home with no antibiotics or steroid shot and say take (4) ibuprofen and (1) Tylenol every 6 hrs and il be good “this works good” exact words.
