The employees at Exceptional ER was great. The Admission Rep. greeted me with a smile and a pleasant hello. The nurse Leisa was very caring and understanding how much pain I was in. Dr. Khan sat and listened to my needs, he could see the pain I was in. Radiology Tech Robert, offered me a ride in the wheelchair, but I wanted to walk, he walked right beside me to make sure I didn’t fall. Everyone was great, I’ve been there several times and has never had a bad experience. Thank you guys so much.
SCAMMERS and FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES. My husband went here for a cold and they charged our insurance $11,000 for one shot. They also sent us a bill at home for $900. They double billed us for one visit and charged $138 for alcohol/peroxide use. I want to know how much alcohol they used to sanitize his skin before giving an injection. Unless they drenched him in alcohol that day to sanitize his entire body, I cannot fathom the cost! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
Was treated quickly and professionally. Dr. Sheppard and Leisa were personable and help me feel comfortable while I was there.
I was there very early in the morning a couple days for chest and arm pain and shortness of breath, and they took exceptional care of me. Dr. Salvaggio was amazing, as was the nurse who saw to me and the gentleman who who hooked me up to the EKG. I even got a courtesy call the next day, that I missed unfortunately, which was not something I was expecting but really appreciated. Best experience I've ever had in any medical facility. Strongly recommend here. Forgot the nurse name but she has been a nurse since the early 1800's. Just kidding since 1991. She kept a smile on my face.
