We love this place! Great staff that really care! I’ve been there when I had to sit in my car for 4 hours before being seen bc of this stupid pandemic mess, to recently being taken back within 5 minutes of getting there with my kiddo. They work really hard to provide great care! I’d wait if I had to again because these doctors are that good!

Again, Exceptional ER lives up to their name. 1st round of Covid 8/2021 & now a possible 2nd round of COVID 2/2022! The most awesome place if you are Covid positive, or fearing that you may be. Exceptional kept me out of the hospital when my own Health System would not treat me, even after dx of positive. That being said…..This place rocks with care, concern, compassion and the passion to keep you out of the hospital. Keep up the good work! I was welcomed and given what I needed to sign up in order to be seen by the doctor. I was given plenty of time but I’m not great with modern technology. Everything turned out to be no problem and it got done. I was checked out for COVID and found to be positive. Was given prescriptions and sent on my way to recovery and by the time I took the last pill I was ready to get back to work. I was thankful for the the service and if I’m in need again for middle of the night medical care I’ll know exactly where to go, Exceptional ... read more

My husband and I were both there for Covid treatment! We had great service and the doctors were very caring and attentive. Their treatment protocol of Ivermectin’s and Hydroxychloraquin made us well. They gave my husband albuteral and nebulizer due to his 02 level being slightly low. That helped him get better and prevented any further problem with his respiratory system. We were very pleased with their medical care.

I brought my wife to Exceptional Emergency Center from Henderson Texas to Tyler Texas thinking she had covid. She was examined and tested positive for covid. The check in was good, but lengthy, kinda hard to determine just how to answer some questions. But the nurse was very helpful and patient with us. Outside of that it was great. During our visit she was examined very well and the Nurses and Nurse Practitioner were exceptional.
