Upon walking through the door I was informed that your facility was no longer a recognized provider with Medicare & that I would need to pay up front if seen by a Dr. After chatting regarding why you are no longer a recognized provider I still did not feel I was given the real reason. Medicare usually rejects provider status due to objectionable billing practices and or quality of care services. All of which I doubt is the case. I love exceptional ER, my husband has used them several times and it’s always a great experience, this was my first visit and I came in as self pay, don’t recommend coming here without insurance because I felt it was super high, I came in with just a sinus infection and my temp was taken along with my blood pressure and I walked out with 2 prescriptions, that’s all! $620 yikes!
Love exceptional ER, always so friendly and the doctors are so thorough, always treated with respect and value our time. I would definitely refer anyone that needs a direct care and great care by staff to go to Eceptional ER.

Dr acted like he didn’t know what he was doing- did not detect bronchitis and sent me home with cough med and steroid shot- no follow up either- no confidence in this place

The doctor recommended I take a steroid shot. While it was against my wishes, it did calm down my issues. I was unable to find lotrazone cream at any pharmacies here. I was out of luck on that part of his suggested treatment. I was able to get antifungal supplements which aided in my healing. Still itchy though!
Don’t act annoyed with patients and actually do an exam!
