This is my 2nd home purchase with Exclusive Realty. I appreciate that they handle the entire process, including mortgage lending. Communication was always responsive and respectful. Negotiations were creative and effective. The online portal makes all the back and forth of paperwork so much easier. The home buying process was much less stressful than my previous experiences. A very good team of people and we are so very happy with our home purchase. Since we are 1st time home buyers there is a great deal of anxiety associated with it. Communication on the home buying process and providing assurances along the way would be more helpful. Overall happy with the service by Exclusive Realty and completing the purchase.
