Chris is a really good agent. I had to sell my house and buy, he got in contact with my selling agent and make an easy transition all document s and money. As I am Japanese and don't know much anything, he always explained until I understand the system, and gave me the right advice. I really appreciate him. This was a great experience. Gil met with me a few times before I put my houses up for sale. He understood what I wanted and made sure all was ready for the day I my house went on the market. I had 7 offers and Gil's negotiating skills were amazing. After 5 days, my house sold for $50,000 over the asking price. The staff helped me through the paperwork. I would recommend this company!

Chris did a great job helping us purchase a home. With the COVID situation it was difficult to travel and view homes in person but Chris did an outstanding job. We were able to view homes virtually and we did get to view some in person. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable through the whole process. He answered all our questions and helped is make sound decisions.
