My wife and I exclusively use Executive Car Services for our transfers to and from LAX. All the drivers are very professional. The drivers are always prompt and maintain constant communication for timely pickups. Recently, we had Ramon as our driver who assisted us after a long travel day from Europe. We look forward to using the car service again very soon.
Sandro was our driver. After he was assigned our transport request, he contacted us via text message to confirm the pick-up time, and to provide his information so we could contact him when we arrived. He again confirmed the above the day of our flight. Once we arrived and picked up our luggage, we contacted him at the passenger pick-up area, and he arrived within five minutes.
