After he was assigned our transport request, he contacted us via text message to confirm the pick-up time, and to provide his information so we could contact him when we arrived. He again confirmed the above the day of our flight. Once we arrived and picked up our luggage, we contacted him at the passenger pick-up area, and he arrived within five minutes.
