First their rates are comparatively more reasonable than other companies, and the customer service you get from their drivers is just real-pick up was prompt, car was clean, driver was friendly yet professional! And reservation was a breeze! Highly recommended indeed!
I've been using Executive car service a few years now. They are terrific company, timely, and always professional. Today they missed the mark. I booked a car for a 4am pick up 4:15am No Driver.... Families Beware!! they abandoned myself and my family at LAX at 12:30 AM and refused to take us home. Our driver Hector, Left us at the curb on direction of his manager, Robert. We reserved a round-trip service from our home to LAX. There was no problem taking us to the airport, the driver was polite and courteous and we had the same amount of luggage going to Europe as we did coming home with the exception of two small plastic bags with souvenirs. Don't use this company. Scheduled a car from LAX with these guys about a day before landing. They switched our driver several times while we were in the air, which I only figured out when I landed and started texting with someone who told me she was not the right contact. We deplaned, got through customs, and to the arrivals area and the driver told us he was at least a half hour away bc of traffic. I hate giving bad reviews. The reason why I chose this company rather than an Uber is because my wife and I went to Hawaii for our honeymoon years ago and the uber I reserved canceled on us. Now, I'm taking my family (2 adults, 2 kids, one infant) to Disney World Florida. The morning of our flight at 5am I receive a call saying the drivers car battery was dead. I recently booked a limo to drive my family from the airport to Disneyland. It was booked months in advance. We departed the plane and our driver was no where to be found, I called executive car service only to get a voicemail. When they finally called after 45 minutes of waiting in the cold with 3 young children, we were told another 20 minutes. The absolute worst and most unreliable car service. Until six months ago, they were our go to for corporate travel. Since then, every ride has been late, drivers mixed up or cancelled. They accept reservations only to email "Our apologies - we are fully booked" the day before. Don't waste your time and energy - use Elite Black Car Service.
I am more than disgusted. We were stranded at LAX on Sat, Oct 1. Confirmation received before five hour flight Newark to LAX. Marco would be driver and phone number included. Husband and I, 84 and 77 respectively and w wheelchair transport from plane to baggage area as we are both handicapped looked for driver. No Executive Car Service. I scheduled a pick up from LAX to OC and the driver showed up over 40 minutes late. When I called she said she was in LAX and would pick us up in 5 minutes. She showed up 15 minutes later! When the company charged my credit card for the ride, I noticed the driver gave herself a 20% tip without my approval! When I called the company to ask about the additional charges, they gave me attitude and hurried me off the phone. Still waiting on the refund they said they would process. Never using them again!
