I booked this car service hoping to surprise my boyfriend with a luxurious feeling "private transfer" for his birthday. After corresponding with the company for a few weeks we decided on the right vehicle, time, and special beverage and birthday extras. Three weeks ago, I went online to reserve a round trip to LAX for my vacation to Cabo. It took them over 4 days to confirm which they did. Received confirmation & everything. Then 2 days before my trip (which was a week after confirmation) I received email informing me that they were booked that day & could not pick me up! Really! It took you 7 days to figure that out!!! On the morning of July 27th, I reserved car service to LAX for July 30th. On July 27th at 11 a.m. I received email with Reservation Summary and a reservation number. Then at the last moment on July 29th I received a text and an email stating: "Our apologies but we are fully booked for tomorrow afternoon and unfortunately unable to provide the service you requested. This is the worst car service I ever used. The driver Fernando had an attitude. I didn't know I was not allowed to ask to make a stop. That's fine. His car was warm and he played his music the whole time. Annoying music. Then he said I was self-centered for asking for a water bottle. The world doesn't revolve around me. It's Covid. This is so unprofessional. Such poor customer service. I will never use these people again.

BEWARE! This company does not operate its own cars, but contracts each ride out to an independent. They have no way to control the quality of the service. On a recent trip from Rancho Santa Margarita to LAX, the driver showed up ten minutes late. He was an Uber Black driver! He was unfamiliar with the mobile billing app and wasted another 15 minutes being sure he got paid before he left the curb. Refused to take the toll road, costing another 15 minutes. Use them if YOU WANT to MISS YOUR FLIGHT. We received couple of reservation confirmation emails on May.14 from Executive Car Service (E.C.S.) for a R/T transportation between Malibu-LAX, starting on Jun.10. 12PM. On Jun.8, I called the E.C.S. to confirm the reservation; we received a following confirmation email that the company designated a driver for the Jun.10 12pm pickup. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I decided to pay extra and use a car service instead of Uber because I needed someone to pick up my disabled brother from Orange County and take him to LAX. I chose Executive Car Service due to its five star ratings. But here's the bottom line: Executive Car Service was 45 MINUTES LATE. For a ride to the airport!! Just got off a 14 hour flight landing at LAX. I reserved a pickup from Executive Car Service but they never showed up. The dispatch guy was a complete ass hole with no customer service skills what so ever. He stopped answering my calls. Opposite to my first review of this company, I will never use this company again.
