Due to the current fire situation, I wasn't able to drive my family to LAX. I called Executive Car Service to determine the correct size vehicle and then made the reservation online. The process was simple and a driver was assigned. The SUV was roomy and clean. Their driver Fabian was very professional and friendly. The trip went smoothly. Everything was very easy, which I needed given these horrific fires. I will definitely use them in the future if necessary. Thank you!
Anna was very communicative and timed our pick up from LAX perfectly! The SUV was extremely clean, new-car clean, and stocked with every amenity you would want or need after a day of travel. Drinks that included water, fizzy water and juice boxes for the kids were much appreciated. The snacks and mints were nice too. I wanted to provide a slightly longer review since I'm no longer traveling: I am so happy I went with Executive for my car ride from LAX to Beverly Hills. I was nervous about finding an Uber or a Lyft since I was traveling during the Thanksgiving weekend and Executive was definitely the right choice! Edson picked us up at LAX on a busy Thanksgiving weekend. The traffic at LAX was worse than usual due to the holiday. Edson communicated with us and promptly picked us up. He is professional and his vehicle was very clean. He helped us take our luggage inside the house. I would highly recommend Executive Car service and driver Edson
We had the pleasure of riding with Anna this morning she was so courteous even helped to load my luggage in the car. I would expect this from a professional car service but came to find out this is not standard in our ride to the airport last week. That's all I'll say about our first driver....however Anna was very nice. She was thoughtful and made sure every detail was taken care of even down to the cooler in her car with drinks, snacks and even mints just in case. Thanks so much Anna you're the best!
