Miss Willodean Davis is amazing. She is so patient and will work with you until you have the keys to your new house. Miss Willodean is a good ole’ southern lady that knows her stuff and makes you feel at ease through the buying process.

There are NO words to describe the service that we received from Willodean. She went above and beyond for us to have a home.We knew nothing about buying a house she took us by the hand and walked us through everything. We walked through the house that morning an we were buying it that afternoon. I recommend if you are looking for a home Willodean Davis is the only person you will need. Willodean Davis helped me purchase a home back in May. I wish there was a 10 star button to push. Willodean was amazing! I was in a time crunch due to selling a house back in my home state .I explained everything to willodean and she had the process go so quickly. We had a quick sale of my mother’s house with contacts made by interested buyers within 4 days of posting . Willodean made the sale go smoothly and certainly went the extra mile to make sure all was well and as it should be for the closing. She did all this while dealing with the COVID 19 shutdowns!
