mrs. Davis is very dedicated ,determined and thorough in her profession.She is well known and well respected through-out the community.She is extremily helpful in obtaining local labor for nessary repairs as needed.
Her and her staff are great, very nice and easy to work with. They listen to your criteria and for myself stayed very well inside my budget. My criteria and budget were very narrow and she still found places to look at that weren't run down or too far gone to be worth the 600 mile trip. Being from the area they had a lot of insite on the surounding area as far as work ,schools, and neighborhoods.

Mrs. Willodean Davis sold a house left to me when my Mom passed away recently. She found a buyer very quickly and negotiated an excellent selling price. She helped me in every way to get everything needed for the sale. I live out of town and had I not had the help she so willing gave, I would not have been able to sell the house so quickly.
