Lighting needs I am a Head Concierge in the Coal Harbour area in Vancouver. We have used various electricians over the years, but were not satisfied with the level of service they were providing. Sam Gallea of Eecol Electric referred us to Dave Laye, one of their electricians, and within 5 minutes of arrival, Dave was able to source and order some Fire Exit bases that we had run out of. Electrical Repair James came as scheduled and explained the cost before starting the work. He replaced defective track lighting as requested. I am very pleased with the result. It was a bonus that our strata is given a 15% discount for members.
electrical in pump house E. E.came quickly, checked throughly, explained the problem, what had to be done, the cost and had everything he needed in his truck. After he gave us the estimate, he then asked if we wanted him to proceed. Our service man was awesome, friendly and did a great job - he even inspected our smoke alarms and said to call if we wanted them changed. We do know that we will use them again and hope to have the same service guy. Thanks electric experts - good job - we're happy.

Diagnostic charge for mocrowave and dishwasher circuit I was running the dishwasher and microwave at the same time. All of a sudden both appliances stopped working. I called Expert Electric and they came out later that day. The technician got to the problem quickly and also let me know about the cost. The circuit was fixed within and hour and a half. He also made some suggestions for future updating for our electrical. I found the technician to be courteous and professional.
Install ceiling light fixtures Totally satisfied with the service. The serviceman was punctual and they phoned ahead to let me know he was coming. He wore slippers over his shoes to protect the floors. He was friendly and efficient. I have already referred him to a friend.
Replacing a light ballast. We called Expert Electric for a small job: replacing a ballast in a light fixture. The person on the phone was helpful, and Naser, the electrican was prompt, courteous, and professional. The next day, we received a followup call to make sure the light was working. Good service - recommended!
Installation of 2 light fixtures in our kitchen and a combined bathroom fan and heater Expertise extrordinaire! Masood arrived with his little booties to protect our floors and from the start he was very careful with everything he did. He knew what he was doing and even cautioned us that we needed to replace our smoke alarms. He was very personable and yet did not waste time. His clean up was excellent and he disposed of our old fixtures as well as all the packaging materials. Well done Masood!
