Completed quicker than anticipated, easy to deal with and performed several rewrites at my request. Very good value for money.
After contact, phone discussion, and submission of my current resume there was no contact for 9 days. (despite me reaching out on several occasions) When informed on day 10 I had chosen a different company I was told: "they had to prioritize their current clients". If there is no time to accept another client, do not waste their time.

I spoke with her on the phone and advised her that my schedule was full through the end of the week, but that I would be sending pricing via email. The resumes received where great! However, resume deadlines where missed more than once. Additionally, the communication was lethargic. Instead of being contacted ahead of known or possible missed deadlines. I had to perform the contacting and the response was often slow. Overall, the resumes received where great but the business communication needs much improvement.
My resume specialist took very little notes and digressed from the topic of discussion
