Unfortunately I cannot comment on their writing as it's been nearly two weeks and I do not have any sign that my resume is being worked, except that they keep asking for links to job announcements. I'm not searching for a job just yet so hard to do.
If you are looking for a provider with subject matter expertise in the Defense and Intelligence industries, you can stop searching. I had a horrible experience with two resume writing companies before finding this gem.
I received my resume from Kelly in March. I was impressed with my new resume but as we all know as job seekers our opinion/attention is not the one that makes the important decisions. I was not pleased at all with the service. It took a long time (over 3 weeks) to prepare the resume and cover letter. The resume I received was 3 pages and consisted of recycled content and formatting from my old resumes, I accepted these documents not being an expert in developing resumes or knowing best practices for creating a resume or cover letter at the time.
