I am EXTREMELY impressed by the respectful and friendly service by everyone here. Aaron and (manager Wil) went above and beyond to help me out. Their initial diagnostic was greatly discounted. It was beyond fair pricing and the workmanship was TOP LEVEL and fast.. And when I paid my bill, they even found additional discounts for the work they did. Aaron and David made my experience at Stress-free Auto in La Mesa, truly that...a stress free experience that could have been just the opposite. I took my Kia in for a routine oil change and 30,000 mile maintenance, but they found a rodent nest with electrical damage. It could have been really expensive but Aaron found an affordable option, offered an oil change discount and provided a complimentary Lyft while waiting. Professional and efficient from beginning to end. Wonderful service and value. Thank you!

We had a great experience! We have a 3500 pickup truck with an extended cab and they were able to get our truck in and they were great to communicate with us. So close to our home and just a Great, Great experience Highly recommended!
