I’m glad I chose Express Flooring. The process was quick and smooth. Very good communication throughout. The installer was professional, did an amazing job, and I love my new carpets. I have 3 cats so I definitely appreciated that he looked out for them when he came in and out of the house. He reassured me not to worry and that he would be careful with my 3 pets. They were definitely safe!

Very pleased with product and installation. We got exactly what we asked for. The installers came when they said they would and worked almost nonstop. They were efficient, helpful, and very thoughtful of our furnishings. They never complained and worked well as a team. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would definitely recommend this company.

Customer service was great and the installers were courteous, friendly and fast. My only concern was that in the upstairs bedroom, were they supposed to put down the gold thing that clamps down the carpet at the doorway because it wasn’t done.
