Installer did a great job. If they had a question on how something should be done, they asked me for approval. Very Appreciative. Floors look amazing. Only thing I would like to have seen is them go over the floor with a Swifter Duster or something. A lot of construction dust.

The first contact to visit our house seemed a little inexperienced on the products offered and did not measure the rooms we wanted done, or at least didn't include all of them. Once Rhett put us in contact with another contact, the process was smooth. The installation was easy to schedule and the team was flexible. The team did a great job and worked extremely fast. We love the end product and are very happy!

The two gentlemen were very professional. After introducing themselves, they came right in and started working. I engaged them in a little friendly conversation but they made sure to keep their focus on the job at hand. They completed the task, along with putting the furniture back in place in an adequate amount of time. They cleaned up any mess they made and I was completely satisfied with them and the carpet. Very professional, courteous, friendly installers. They were very knowledgeable and worked hard and fast. Knew their job and did it well. We were so impressed with them and their work ethic. Moved furniture and appliances and put them back correctly. They cleaned up afterwards. I do have one issue and that is that I did not know the amount of dust that would be left on the flooring. Companies should have some kind of commercial hard wood floor vacuum to get the dust off flooring. That would have been great. But know they di... read more
