Sales rep was Very knowledgeable , with the customer needs. And brought out a lot of carpet samples and customer selected the right one that look good on our house. Very good customer service with a very excellent price

Great experience having a professional come to our home with samples. Everything he promised came true. The people laying our carpet were prompt, friendly and did an amazing job.

The team was great. However, they should put plastic runner down from the entrance to the work area. Their constant walking in and out tracked a lot of dust and dirt through the adjoining area that could have been avoided. Also, I think you should recommend that your workers wear safety masks for their own protection. They constantly breathed in dust every minute they were here. LindaKJohnson
