From the lady I met at the Cartoon car show and comic con that set up my appointment, to the design consultant and then finally the installers, it was a great experience! Everyone was great and I'm so glad Shae convinced me to take that first step in making an appointment.
Logan and the team were AMAZING. They were polite, professional, very kind, and provided information on all aspects of the process. Why stop at five stars? They deserve 25 stars. Once we put everything back in place, we will take pics to share with our friends so they can call you too. Great job, great service. We couldn’t be happier. I was very pleased with first the timing as we had agreed. The work started right away with care, rapidly and efficiently. Definitely the workers knew what they were doing and they finished the same day, something I was not expecting, I thought they were going to come back to finish, that is also the other reason why I’m very happy . The Lead man Bam Bam , forgot his real name , He did a very professional floor job in my home ! My home looks new , the whole crew was very polite , took pride in thier job! Never saw Noone standing around , everyone did their part. No damage was left behind , and I was very impressed how the lead man spoke Spanish! The communication was great, the timing was so amazing , I was looking forward to seeing them until Saturday! They kicked butt in one day none stop until they completed the whole job. Folks started at the time we were told. I asked they do master bedroom first day so we could sleep in our bed that night. All carpet pulled up and flooring installed as requested. Everything, two more rooms, completed second day as promised. Clean up was done well and for 60% of competitors price.. Job well done and I highly recommend them.
