Excellent price, good location nice room Included very nice kitchenette, because it is extended stay maid service is only once a week but you can exchange towels anytime. Very convenient laundry room and vending machines. Close to every store and restaurant you cold need.

ESA - Akron great hotel at a great price I couldn't have been happier with this choice of hotel. The common areas where clean and well maintained. The room was also clean, updated, and very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower could have been a little better, but in comparison to all my other recent stays in hotels it was pretty good. The staff was friendly and allowed me to check in at 10am. I was very pleased with ESA and feel the other, less complimentary reviews I've read must be about another hotel. I have stay... read more

good restaurants nearby After a little mix up where we had to change rooms 15 minutes after getting our stuff into the room (they had given us the wrong keys and room), everything else went rather smoothly. There is a great Japanese steak house within walking distance. Lots of other restaurants nearby.

Fantastic Loretta at the front desk is the nicest and most accomodating desk person ive ever met.

Room was not cleaned well. Seats had crumbs from previous guest and carpet had stains. Barely any breakfast offered. Only coffee
