As I’m laying in bed I see a baby bedbug crawling around on the pillow next to me. When I first got there I had to clean the tub just to bathe. Will never return!!!!

I liked nothing about it. From start to finish, we had nothing but problems. Starting from they didnt have my room ready. It was the grossest room Ive ever been in. Half eaten oreos and dust mites under the beds. Alcohol bottle caps and jeans left in the drawers. The floor was disgusting. Bed sheets had stains. Bathroom light didnt work. Shower was nasty. Not terrible but definitely not good We stayed at Extended Stay America Suites on December 7th until 8th. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find used items scattered on the ground in the parking lot. The check-in process was delayed, and when we requested water, we were directed to a vending machine that was out of service. The elevator had a strong smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. The manager was very rude. Knocked on my door at 10:30. I’ve never had no one. Asked me was I leaving? I’ve worked in establishment of a hotel before I never had the person that runs the front Dess come in a knock on door. Usually the housekeeping does he was very aggressive to knock on my door and asked me was I leaving usually around 10:50 will be time if the person or letting him know but still you should give people time not be rude and rush me out my room it’s pretty much like hurry up and get the hell out. It was cheap and affordable but i didnt like that we didnt get any housekeeping we had to call for everything we needed weve been staying for over 2 weeks and i have been cleaning myself you would think that we would get a diacount for how many days we stayed but no we didnt get one and the noise was unbelievably liud and obnoxious and nobody did anything about it supposed to be on tue go breakfast we were lucky to get a granola bar . This is more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. It is labeled no smoking but you could smell weed through our hallway. We were the last room before a side exit which was propped open and unsafe. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet ran constantly. We will not stay here again
