Yup A pleasant experience. Very reasonable for the price. We didn't need to spend a extra $50. a night for a marble floor in the reception area.

Convenient to ABQ airport. Reasonable price considering the balloon festival activities. Location seemed safe and quiet.

Close proximity to nearby restaurants and universities. Parking area felt safe and well lit.

Clean. Bed was comfortable. Close to airport for late night / early morning arrival.

Avoid if possible Extended-stay does not service the rooms, that is their policy, nothing unusual about this particular property, but after a few days, the room, linens, towels, all start getting a bit musty. The furniture is not even quite Ikea quality, hacked up and falling apart. You have a full kitchenette, but you also have to ask for any utensils, pots and pans, plates etc. And of course, during the balloon fiesta in Albuquerque the prices are extortionate to say the least.
