Visiting family. Hotel was easily accessible. Hotel was easily accessible to Allentown. It was clean and comfortable for the 3 nights we were there. The room was not serviced during this time, though this was explained to us upon arrival. We could change towels daily if we wished by bringing down to reception. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Convenient and pretty clean The room was pretty clean, but smelled of smoke. The employees were very helpful and courteous

Nice place to stay, close to downtown Bethlehem Started out bad since the room I reserved was not available when I arrived. My 2 kids had to sleep on the floor since only 1 bed was in the room. The staff was great when they found out the issue and made sure to make it right. I give the staff 5-stars for the handling of the situation!!! I wish the kitchen had pots, pans and dishes in them. I love the idea of the kitchen in the room but without these items it is pointless.
