Clean, and spacious. Could work on staff courteous The room was clean and spacious. I like that it had a stove, microwave and sink but the towels were scarce for a two day stay. When I asked the staff or housekeeping for toilet paper she rudely and hesitantly gave me one and said i should ask the front desk next time. Also the breakfast was not so great. Just coffee and granola bars.
Upgrade your mattresses! Staff friendly, accommodating. The mattress was very uncomfortable, firm and woke up with really sore back. Free WiFi had weak signal, had to pay for faster wifi access. If you're going to charge for faster wifi capacity, why not include it in the room fees?
Was ok The Ac kept on turning on and off the beds were hard as an rock but over all the hotel was clean and basic
Good place for my budget Very good for the price, very quite place , very near to Crayola place, was little unsatisfied with morning breakfast.
Close enough to Casino, Smokers welcome Had a pretty good stay. As smokers we frequent this hotel on our trip into the Poconos since smoking rooms are scarcer by the year... The room was good. Usually is. Breakfast is a "grab and go" cereal bars and coffee station, but for the price of the room, I consider it a bonus. Room is comfy, walls decently thick so you don't hear your neighbors, good wifi strength.... Good Hotel for a Decent Price Simple check in. Clean room. Full sized fridge. Comfortable bed. Didn't give 5 stars just because the furniture can use an update. Other than that, great room for cheap.
Birthday night stay Spent the night and I liked the room. The only issue was the smell of the room. It was musty and smelled really bad. In addition to that please check room 108 because the tub and sink was leaking and we had to use all of our towels to dry the floor.
