How do you fault an experience like this?
Wonderful experience The staff was very friendly and professional. Out of all my stays in hotels, this had to have the best mattress EVER!!! I did not want to get out of bed. Just to experience the mattress is reason enough to stay here. The hotel was very clean. In my room, I could not adjust the air conditioning. The dials did not seem to work. The continental breakfast also was very disappointing.

was actually able to reserve a smoking room which was great. arrived late at night and there was nobody on duty at front desk, so I had to call to get someone to open front door. bathroom was nice and spacious as was room. Included lazy boy recliner which was a bonus. nice to have dishes, silverware and cups for use.
Close to Highway Upon arrival we were given the key to a dirty room. Since there were no other rooms available we went out for an hour and returned to a freshly cleaned room. The desk clerk was very apologetic and kind. We were offered free toiletries and informed of the "Grab n Go" breakfast ( coffee, fruit, packaged cereal bars and muffins) available in the lobby until 9:a.m. Fresh towels upon exchange of soiled also provided. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great Get Away Hotel The check in staff was very considerate and attended to our needs. They checked in later in the evening to see if there was anything we required.
