Extended Stay, Bethlehem, Pa Would like to have the room cleaned at least every other day. Had to ask for dishwashing liquid. Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby clean.

Ok Hotel as third choice! Staff was pleasant. Stay was okay. Good location. Stayed 2 days and no real complaints

adequate! I wasn't aware that this hotel was little more than a university dorm suite. The smoking room that we had to settle for gave us a headache and left all our clothes reeking. The lady manning the desk when we arrived in the evening was in housekeeping, not front desk service. However, she was very kind and did her best to assist us both check in and check out. While we saved money, I think I would look for a different option next time.

Extended Stay America--Allentown, Bethlelhem Easy access to state roads, turnpike, Interstate; healthy breakfast, and tasty coffee; quiet room; clean building; easy drive to nearby college campuses; facilities for cooking and refrigerating; a friendly, courteous staff--all at a fair price. How do you fault an experience like this?

Wonderful experience The staff was very friendly and professional. Out of all my stays in hotels, this had to have the best mattress EVER!!! I did not want to get out of bed. Just to experience the mattress is reason enough to stay here. The hotel was very clean. In my room, I could not adjust the air conditioning. The dials did not seem to work. The continental breakfast also was very disappointing.

was actually able to reserve a smoking room which was great. arrived late at night and there was nobody on duty at front desk, so I had to call to get someone to open front door. bathroom was nice and spacious as was room. Included lazy boy recliner which was a bonus. nice to have dishes, silverware and cups for use.
