Joe at the front desk was very hospitable.
One night stay Great guy at check in (joe) Was very accommodating and fixed a request immediately. Morning front desk girl was less than accommodating. Overall stay was great. Would use again.
Good basic overnight stay The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were driving through Amarillo and needed an overnight that was easy on and off from the highway. We were not looking for a plush room so it met our needs. The hotel bathroom needed some renovation, however, we found the rioom to be clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
Not Your Father's Hotel Chain! Extended Stay America is good and bad. The good thing is, it's a great place to stay if you have to be in a strange city for a while. The bad thing is, it's not that great a hotel. Don't expect the same services as you'd get at a more "traditional" hotel, and don't expect the cleanliness either. They are about the only hotel chain I know of still using bedspreads (which we immediately took off), and there is no pool, and only a very limited availability for breakfast. Nice hotel near shopping, food and movies. Our hotel stay was great very convient to a movie theater and food places. Would be great for people staying a few days!
Worth every penny. Very affordable room with a bit of luxury.
Not like other ones Ive stayed in. The room had a funny oder when I walked in. All cabinets were open including the microwave as if they were trying to air it out. Kind of smelled like old chinese take out. With a few sprays of cologne it slowly went away. Next, I found someone elses dirty sock behind a chair, which was next to a trash can which proved the cleaning lady didnt do to good of a job. The TV reception was bad, its in analog.
