LITTLE THINGS COUNT NICE PEOPLE - THE NON-SMOKING ROOM ASSIGNED TO ME HAD HEAVY SMOKE SMELL WITH ROOM DEODORIZER. . . THE NICE LADY AR THE DESK ([...]) MOVED ME TO ANOTHER ROOM WHICH WAS FINE. . . CLEAN . . . BUT THE TV RECEPTION WAS TERRIBLE. . . THE TV SYSTEM OR THE TV NEEDS TO BE REPLACE D IN ROOM 105. . .

Long way from home We arrived pretty late to the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a plus. This was not a five star hotel, but it was rated appropriately, clean, with great amenities and a helpful staff. We would stay here again.

Overnight stay in Amarillo It was a simple overnight stay in Amarillo. The bed was good. the room was just right and would be nice the next time we have a longer stay.

ESA Amarillo - west Everything was perfect. I traveled from California to Indiana and this was my mid-way point. traveling with a toddler and having a place to store milk was nice.

Nice place Walking distance to good food! Would have been nice to have housekeeping daily as an option.

South outside exit door slamming The room itself was satisfactory. The south exit door slams way too loud. It started every morning about 5am. We are originally from Amarillo, but we had business to attend to. So we were familiar with the location, stores and restaurants.

Good for the price We stayed here as a stop-over to our New Mexico vacation. Room was clean but not fancy. No frills. Decent place to stay for the price.
