Nice place My daughter needed a place so as not to drive home late and have to return early the next morning for work. She loved the stay. She did say that breakfast could be a little more than a muffin.

Disappointed We stayed at the ESA in Amarillo West for one night while passing through the town. The pillows on the bed were the sorriest excuse for pillows I have ever experienced. My husband finally got his winter coat and used it for a pillow. I stacked 3 of the pillows together and it came close to being as good as one decent pillow. The continental breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and granola bars. I was just disappointed in the lack of selection compared to other hotels.

Under construction The area around the hotel is under development, so there are few conveniences. We found plenty of places for dinner the night of our arrival but NOWHERE convenient for breakfast the next morning. When we expressed our concern to the desk clerk, he offered to supply us with a coffee maker, some coffee, and two cups; we would not have known about these being available if we hadn't called the desk. reserved a queen bed/not available I made reservations for a queen bed and when I arrived none were available. was given 2 double beds. That did not put a bright light on the stay.

In need of renovation Nice room with facilities for extended stay. Dirty elevators smell smoking.

Close to interstate The hotel has a nice decor in the lobby and that's where it stops. The rooms are old and outdated. The beds were not comfortable and the floors were very loud.
