Not terribly happy! Very disappointed that minimal service was provided. NO maid service. Had to take dirty towels to front desk to get a clean towel. No supplies in the kitchen. Had to go to the desk for everything. I think the COVID excuse has given you an excuse to provide the least amount of service possible. Breakfast was a joke!

Service It was a good stay Building could use some upgrade like a ice machine etc but not bad

ANC Extended Stay This was our first time staying at an Extended stay and expected it to be like any standard hotel stay. While it was wonderful to have access to a fully equipped kitchen, we didn’t think to bring a bar of soap for the bathroom (not provided). Summer travel in Anchorage can be tricky but the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was fully booked during our 2 night trip but it was quiet and restful, no loud noise from other guests. Next time we’ll bring soap and will gladly return!
