Hotel was filthy! Stains on clean bedsheets, hair in drawers and shower, crumbs at bottom of trashcans, housekeeping doesn't use vacuum attachments for corners (our dog ate an old M&M in the corner of the living room) or move furniture to vacuum, dust everywhere, halls had same dirt from all 3 days we stayed, stripped linen in hallways overnight, so much more between our two parties. No coffee pot in room.only had coffee in lobby 6:30-9:30 am. Little choice for grab and go breakfast.

Enjoyed Comfy bed and room. Staff was nice. Laundry machines on site was nice since wife ran marathon.

We stayed here twice during our Alaska trip. Second check in was painful as they couldn't store our luggage until check in at first as they were worried it would be 'trashed' by someone. Finally got a room. Got smart and got our bedding right away for pull out couch but both times mattresses badly stained so didn't wish to sleep on them. Sounds like a staffing issue, some front desk staff were helpful and house keeping staff were very helpful.
