Ok. Beds were ok but don't use the pull-out sofa. I specifically booked with you so we would have the use of the pull-out sofa. It was AWFUL! The entire 'bed' was so bad that my daughter didn't sleep at all. I was also disappointed in the breakfast selection and there were no pans or anything in the kitchen.

I was not happy on how rude the front desk woman was. I first buzzed to get in the building- she was yelling at me to hang up the phone I buzzed in - I asked her to open the door it was locked- she said- do you have a reservation? I said yes and she let me in the door. I gave her my name and stayed that I called the hotel to let them know that our plane was delayed and we would be in late.. she said- you didn't call me! Nice Stay I like the hotel but the hallways are very long and you have to walk very far from the hotel entrances and exits to the Elevators and to your room

Sufficient. Tough to give it higher than a 3 when every single smoke detector went off at 2am for no reason. Close to Moose's Tooth which is always a plus.

Not the best This hotel is outdated, dark, creepy, and generally yuck. It was not the least expensive in town, so I thought it would be a notch above bad. I thought that the fact that breakfast was included was going to be a bonus. The breakfast was lukewarm water and oatmeal packets. Needless to say, the whole experience fell short of my expectations for a $200/ night room.

Great Location! They have friendly staff, nice rooms and a good location. The Moose Tooth is our favorite place to eat while in Anchorage and it is right across from the Hotel!

Booking online they only book smoking rooms .. very unhappy as I had 3 children staying with me .. then when checking into hotel no one wants to tell you that your room is in smoking. They just check you in and walk into the most smoke smelling rooms ever .. I will never book extend a stay ever again ..
