Room first assigned to us had not been cleaned or the current guests still occupied the room. Another room had to be assigned. Clerk first registered us under the wrong name. Lots of confusion at check-in. I wish ice and vending had been available on site.

It's not a reflection of the hotel, but I felt a little unsafe... A lot of weird people around. Maybe just a bad part of town...

Not as advertised. The staff member at the front desk was quite rude. There was no shuttle around anchorage as advertised and the business center didn’t have a computer. The microwave in our room didn’t work and the lady at the desk said the breakfast items didn’t arrive in the shipment. The can for the airport shuttle was in the shop so they paid for a cab. Everything seemed to be going wrong or broken. Maybe that is why the staff member was crabby.

Waited over a hour to just check in. Hot lobby. Front desk clerk disappeared for 20 minutes.

Bed was a little hard and room temperature was high when we arrived, Location was good and it was a quiet night.

Couldn't turn the heat off on a hot summer day. Frond desk said that someone would be up in 2 minutes. Half hour later no one showed up. Several more phone calls to the front desk someone showed up and opened a cover on the heater that had a sign on it stating that heat controls were on the wall. Clearly that was not the case. There were not enough front counter staff to manage the property and the instructions for operating equipment in the room were very misleading . Only one small light in the bathroom .
