There was a couple on the third floor yelling and screaming at each other for about 2 hours . This started at 2:00am and lasted till 4:00 am. Could not sleep. Furnature was being throw around in this room as well. Stomping. Why the police weren't called on this couple is beyond me. When I told the clerk in the morning, she didn't say a word to me. Must happen often there. Of course, I would never stay here again.

Overall stay The stay was good except we stayed for two nights and there was no housekeeping suck as beds made, new towels and utils weren’t available until requested.

Hotel close to airport Phone didn't work, mattress not comfortable, complimentary breakfast was coffee & granola bar, would have liked TV guide for channels in area

Every single one of the employees have helped me out in a huge way. Kat, Lexi, linda, luke, Michelle, Myself and my kids have enjoyed the most stress free stay. We had at any hotel. Alot of other hotels give me hard time being a single mom with 4 kids. Even Kat came and talked to my kids and they look forward to seeing her! I appreciate Every thing there kindness alone is blessing.

Nice place with a great rate Very nice room and I got a great deal on it. They've upgraded to the wood floors which is becoming a good industry standard for cleanliness. They need to upgrade the heat/ air systems as well as better sound proofing the windows since they're located next to the freeway. Last, they need to mount the TV to the wall as the dresser it's attached to is too low and uncomfortable to watch. Oh, and they do not provide a wake up call.
