Hotel was close shopping malls and major highways. Very nice

Low Cost, and that's all... It is all about low cost, however the rooms were clean, personal freidnly and the location good too. Breakfast is only a cereal bar, muffin and a coffee. No daily service of housekeeping and towel changes.

Didn't realize when we made the reservation that this location is chiefly an extended stay motel. While it was very clean and quiet, we were very surprised there wasn't an ice machine (ice trays in the freezer in the room to make your own). Continental breakfast consisted of granola bars, packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal (no milk available). Decaf coffee was packets of Sanka. No in room coffee. No Frill Good Location I’ve stayed for 1-2 weeks for business. No frills, good prices, good location, and friendly staff.

They have no breakfast bit the site say that they have. The only thing offer is little power bars.

Appleton Heading through Appleton on our way home to Chicago, we chose this Extended Stay America. The girl who checked us in was very polite and pleasant. Our room was comfortable and quiet. On our way out we got coffee and bananas and we're told to have a nice day by the girl getting ready to vacuum. Had a wonderful dinner at John and Joan's supper Club just down the street.

Nice The stay was comfortable and convenient to Oshkosh. Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Very spacious and super nice with the kitchen area and full size fridge. The only downside was that my key never worked and every time I came back in I had to go back down to the service desk and get my key re-coded because it would deactivate.
