Overall Satisfaction A great place for a one-night or a multi-night stay. Only downside is for multi-night stays, they don't clean rooms daily like other hotels. They will change sheets/towels once per week but that's it. If you desire, you can take your dirty towels to the front desk and they'll exchange them for new ones. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. It has a full kitchen, which is much more convenient (especially if you have leftovers) including silverware, plates, and bowls, and an electric stove.

Big Problem The ventilation in this hotel, which was supposed to be NON-smoking was very inadequate as there was someone smoking somewhere near our room and it was almost choking us for two days - could hardly sleep with the smell coming from somewhere - almost thought to leave the hotel completely.

Great for long stays The fully equipped kitchen with stove, pots and pans and a large fridge would be great for a longer stay, almost all appliances of home. Oh yes a toaster too. Residential type of neighborhood is quiet, car dealer acroos street. Drive to restaurants nearby. No car? make sure you bring everything you need. No short walking distance to stores. 

Nice stay for decent price.

Great rate for a short stay Decided to go to Oshkosh Air Show at the last minute (for those who don't know this is a week long event with about 100,000 people each day...hotels are booked a year in advance for 30 miles around). I found a last minute deal at ESA on Orbitz for less than half the price of any other hotels in the area...including tax! Orbitz handled everything and all I had to do was sign in at the desk. NOT MY FAVORITE This hotel was not very clean. The carpet seemed to be stained etc.......
