Excellent Value I read all the reviews before booking and saw a few negative items that gave me a little concern. I booked anyway and was very pleased. The location while not really in walking distance to stores or restaurants is very convenient to the highway and a very short drive to almost anything in the Appleton area. The room was very nice for the price. The bed was firm and not a pillowtop, but I found it to be comfortable. There was a cushion added on top of the mattress which helped. Very affordable My trip to Appleton was for medical reasons, I was having surgery and my Mom needed an affordable place to stay while I was in the hospital. This was a perfect fit for us because it was affordable, and it was very close to the hospital, and was very easy for us to find.

average hotel for a good price I had booked this room because the price was reasonable, especially for a suite, and had a fairly good rating. Quick and easy check in, nice staff. The cleanliness of the room was slightly disappointing. One of the screens from the windows was pulled out and placed against the wall. The tv did not have any a/v jacks, so the dvd player we brought was useless. I would recommend rewashing dishes before use as there seemed to be some residue on one of the plates and silverwear. Okay stay for the cost We were looking for a cheap place to stay for the weekend so we weren't expecting a lot out of the hotel. The room was very basic and doesn't include internet or even shampoo in the showers, but it fulfilled the basic needs that we were looking for.

Overall Satisfaction A great place for a one-night or a multi-night stay. Only downside is for multi-night stays, they don't clean rooms daily like other hotels. They will change sheets/towels once per week but that's it. If you desire, you can take your dirty towels to the front desk and they'll exchange them for new ones. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. It has a full kitchen, which is much more convenient (especially if you have leftovers) including silverware, plates, and bowls, and an electric stove.
