Economical Strange cover-up smell in room. Tub had peeling paint. Could not get cooling system to work properly.
Close to Verizon Amplitheatre Didn't receive any of our preferences for Smoking or King Suite. Brought to their attention. Let us see a room which was perfect, but wouldn't let us move. Everything worked out though.
Ok in a pinch but not worth $80 a night I could not check in early which is fine but then when arriving at 3:00 the room still was not ready and had to wait about 15 mins. Then they decided to give me another room. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room and TP was almost out. It was clean enough but it wasn't worth $80. I stayed at a Ramada Limited a month earlier just a mile or two away. Even though the Ramada was older it was just as nice for $25 less a night.
Too much noise The hotel was clean but there were people staying there with new born babies and dogs. We had a hard time sleeping with all the noise
Hotel noise Hotel was a little noisey. You could here everytime someone shut doors or walked down the halls. Still nice place to stay. Very clean!
"better value for the bucks" i am satisfied and hotel was better than what i was expecting.
Good value for the price The size of the room was very good for the price. There is only a treadmill, bike and elliptical in the gym, minimal, but enough to get your workout in.
If you really have to.... Checked in late, original room assigned wasn't cleaned. We had to wait while the night desk physically looked for an empty clean room for us. They did finally find us a clean room with a queen bed instead of the king we reserved.
Night clerk tired or unfriendly. Breakfast could be better., but for the price hotel was very good.
