My room was half cleaned, due to me finding old fries under my bed. My whole purpose of booking for the weekend was to finally get out the house and relax and watch Troll World Tour with my child. We couldn’t do that either due to the fact that this location’s WiFi doesn’t service customers in the back of the hotel. I then asked to get my room switched and of course there were no rooms available.
It was terrible. Tv didn’t work , there was make up on the bathroom sink smeared , used soap , and bugs in the bathroom . Called down to the front and they could careless .
There was roaches in the room. I let the desk know and they just said okay what u want me to do about it.
door key has not worked over 5 days. the hotel does not seem care at all. manager is very impolite.
They charged me for the room I never checked in to
Not good surroundings and breakfast included that means coffee only
