I arrived at 2 am at the hotel and had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Door was locked and operator didn’t answer the call. I tried several times for over 25 minutes and was about to head out to another hotel and staff at front Desk finally answered and checked us in. Ok to stay for a night. Bathroom exhaust fan was too loud.

The first time we stayed everything was great however this time it was the worst! Our garbage pail under the sink had garbage in it. The bathroom mirror had water marks. There were no bathroom toiletries - Hans soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Someone in another room was smoking therefore the smoke traveled through the bathroom fan vent and I nearly choked because I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I missed my connecting flight so I had to loose out on a day I paid for I couldn’t call so they took my money for the day

Staff were not pleasant or welcoming. Supplies were limited and housekeeping was poor, the room had an odor.

Choose Another Hotel There are 2 Extended Stay Hotels right next to each other. This review is for the one immediately behind the Wyndham Hotel. Even though this is a non-smoking property, we had to switch rooms because the marijuana smell was so overwhelming. The grab and go breakfast bars were out of date and stale. Their clientele was sketchy, and we did not feel safe. We ended our 2-day stay early and only spent 1 night.

The place was old and dingy. On arrival people were sitting out on the entrance steps smoking. Free breakfast was nothing more then a granola bar or a small vending machine muffin.

Lost reservation? They didn’t have our room even though we made a reservation. We heard from others at our conference that there were bugs in the rooms.
