Want drugs? It was ok, just to many people not staying at the hotel hanging around outside begging for money or drugs ..... I was asked at least two to three times a evening. I figured it would be nicer/safer being next to a college

No wake-up calls and no one on duty at front desk The room was more than adequate. The rate was good. However, the facility did not offer to make wake-up calls, and this is absolutely ridiculous for a hotel! Also, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., there was no one on duty at the front desk (it was closed and locked securely) and no opportunity to have urgent problems addressed except by calling a toll-free number and speaking with someone hundreds of miles away. This is a glaring inadequacy and must be corrected.

None Found a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Needs more juice options.

Our maintenance engineer has been contacted to double check the issue. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.
