Pretty good for the price Relatively clean and comfortable; ask for a hairdryer since its not in the room and there is really no actual breakfast involved (they call it grab and go)

Vacation The room I stayed in was a non smoking room and it was very nice. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like about it was every time I left my room and went out in the hallway I just about puked. The hallway smelled like stale ashtrays. I have never smoked and when I was in the hallway I almost had to hold my breath from my room to the elevator.

A convenient and mostly comfortable room I was satisfied with most of the conveniences offered, but realized quickly the outside of the toilet had not been cleaned. I would recommend this hotel to others, if I knew they did a better job with cleaning before a new customer arrives.

Good to crash for a night Hotel was in a great location and was good for the 10 hours I was there. Staff was not very friendly or concerned with what I needed. Room was great visually with tons of space but cleanliness was average at best.

Hotel worth 3/5 star in my book The hotel is old, room was clean with a small kitchen. This is what i like the most. I called the staff on the morning for a blanket and the staff was rude. There were polity but rude. Second, the bed was ok, not comfortable but okay in my book. Bathroom was clean. So overall this hotel is worth a 3 star. Not 4 star either 5 star. Its a 3 star

Conveniently located for visiting our family. Pleasant staff. Very lovely and clean room. We enjoyed our 6 day stay here immensely.

Conveniently located Hotel is located across the street from fifth third stadium. Street noise barely noticeable. Grab and go breakfast is nothing fancy but hey, grabbed-it and got going.

Very Very GOOD Started with greeting: The front desk sale associate "?Crystal" was very courteous and polite: the hotel was clean and no bizarre smell- my "non smooking"room was clean with no smell- my overnight stay was excellent with no complaint. I am a business traveler and look and stay at hotels with approachable rates and cleanliness. Feels like home... I have encountered the staff at this location once before and I must say they are ALWAYS friendly and willing to assist. After having an extremely rough evening with personal issues, I entered the ESA and was greeted by a smiling face who remembered my face from my previous. She made the check in process quick and easy. If I could live here, I would. I'm not sure what it is about this place but it should be a standard.
