Never had any towels Bathroom floors were not clean No soap or any of the soaps that usually come with the hotel room. Never anyone really up front

When we checked in to our room there were no towels or pillow cases. The desk person Larry was very apologetic. The room was spotles and you could tell it had been sanitized. Hotel is in a very nice setting.

The hotel was decent. The room was functional and on the surface it was clean. The only things that weren’t that functional or clean was the shower and the kitchen area. The shower had a decent-size dip and paint missing in the middle where the water would collect and stay in the shower for days. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower without wearing flip-flops. The stay in itself what's good the only bad problem was somebody was smoking weed and you can smell it all in the hallway and also being woke up by fire alarm and had to evacuate the hotel.... the staff was great the rooms were clean everything was nice other than those minor issues
