Daily Refresher Services Fail Hotel in an easy to find location. Never heard of paying for room cleaning daily at an Extended Stay location in the past, but agreed to the paid service to later realize that I did not receive unless I petitioned the front desk staff to request. I received cleaning on one day only during my stay to return to room and realize that some of my personal belongings had been thrown away reportedly mistakenly and other belongings disheveled. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was wonderful. I will always sray there.
The room was cleaner than outside the room, and that’s not saying much. The whole place had a stomach. You get what you pay for. The staff was pleasant.
The front desk worker Ms Alex was wonderful, she made sure our room was ready. Her customer service skills is beyond great. Thank you Ms Alex for making my stay comfortable
