Baseball There was a hole in the wall upon entering. However, the room was clean, and everything was too satisfaction. Up charge for room service too.... but in town for a night or two this is a goood option by suntrust!

I liked the location and layout of the room. I did not like the shower drain was slow (potential partial clog) and the fan made a loud screeching sound (broken?). When we asked for these items to be fixed, they did offer us a new room. We had (6) people and a dog. By the time we found these issues, it was not worth the time to change rooms. We only stayed two days and used the shower the one night we were in the room.

It took almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the front desk to check in and it 2:15 in the afternoon! The continental breakfast was very limited. Our door would no close easily. You had pull very hard and it was very loud. Only had one tiny bathroom trashcan for a 6 person suite.
